Cru is a jewellery designer and online retailer based in Edinburgh’s historic Georgian New Town in Scotland. After a 20 year career as a bookseller, notably with Dillons in Bloomsbury, London, and James Thin in Edinburgh, she combined her experience with events management, web editing and web design.
The ‘hands on’ artisan aspect of PC hardware drew her on to the net, where she was inspired by established artists, like Leandra Holder, into recalling her love of costume jewellery, and in to jewellery design, which has become her mainstay … the other ‘Enthusiasm’ being the Secret Garden!
